Rich in Japanese heritage, Reiki has its origins rooted in history and was developed by Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of modern-day Reiki.
Reiki is a powerful form of energy healing in which the practitioner acts as a channel, allowing universal life force energy to flow from the source, through their hands, and into the person receiving the healing. Reiki sessions can be done in person or offered remotely through distance healing.

As a qualified therapist and Reiki practitioner, I bring a unique blend of professional and spiritual healing to help guide you on your personal journey.
My Path to Healing and Helping Others
My journey began in 2010 when I first started training in Reiki healing. This transformative experience changed my life, offering answers to things I had long questioned—like why my hands would burn with energy, or how I could feel and sense the emotional pain of others so deeply.
Within two years, I achieved my Reiki Master certification and discovered a natural ability to support others through energy healing.
Integrating Counselling and Reiki
Wanting to deepen my ability to help others on a psychological and emotional level, I spent five years training to become a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, completing my studies in 2018. Since then, I’ve provided clinical counselling to many individuals, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care.
Now, I bring together both my therapeutic and intuitive skills to offer a holistic approach that supports healing on every level—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.

One of the first steps in your Reiki journey is deciding whether you'd prefer to receive Reiki with Rebecca in person or via remote healing. If you're local to South London, you can visit the peaceful Reiki therapy room conveniently located in Crystal Palace – click here to view the location.
For those unable to attend in person, distance Reiki sessions are available and just as effective. Rebecca offers personalised remote Reiki healing through a thoughtfully created video tailored to your specific needs and energy.
To access this remote Reiki service, simply get in touch to discuss your intentions and any details you'd like included in your healing session.
Once you’ve reached out, you’ll receive a personal response from Rebecca, where you can arrange an initial consultation via email or phone. This conversation is an opportunity to talk through your current concerns, situation, and what you’re hoping to gain from Reiki.
You can feel confident knowing that Rebecca is not only a trained Reiki practitioner, but also a qualified counselling psychotherapist. Your privacy and emotional safety are a priority — everything you share is treated with the utmost confidentiality and care.
Once your initial consultation is complete, you’ll be offered either an in-person Reiki appointment in Crystal Palace, or a scheduled time to receive your personalised distance Reiki video.
You can choose to book a one-off Reiki session or opt for a series of 4–6 sessions as part of a discounted package. Once payment is received, you’ll receive a booking confirmation via email with all the details for your session.

During your in-person Reiki appointment, you will receive a complete energy healing experience designed to restore balance and promote deep relaxation. Each session includes:
